S. K. (Ken), Ph.D, CHA has been involved in  consultancy for several years. Dr. Ken was Department Head Travel and Tourism at Skyline College, and has extensive managerial experience in service industry, consulting and training. Worked for various Multi-national companies such as Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt, Intercontinental and Burger King. Ken's formal education includes BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Wisconsin, MS in Hospitality and Tourism from UW-Stout, USA, his dissertation won the Boeing Student Award from Travel and  Tourism Research Association (TTRA) Long Beach California. Ph.D from Trinity College and University, USA. He is Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from Educational Institute of American Hotel and Lodging Association.
